The Calamity of April 24: Readings from Armenian Authors Deported from Constantinople on April 24, 1915

Please join us for a unique evening geared towards better understanding the meaning of the events of April 24, 1915. Poets, writers and students from the New York City metropolitan area will read selections from the works of Armenian authors of Istanbul who were rounded up and taken away to be killed on April 24. The readings will feature pieces from Armenian authors who were murdered after their deportation, as well as those individuals who miraculously survived.
