The Armenian Allied Arts Association has just released applications for its 68th Annual Competition.  This yearly event provides cash prizes, certificates and trophies to the successful candidates in the areas of art, literature, dance, music, voice, and drama/film.

Many now-successful professionals have benefitted from the experience and exposure derived from participation in AAAA’s Annual Competition.  Conductor George Pehlivanian, poet/playwright/educator Shahe Mankerian, and Canadian soprano Isabel Bayrakdarian all won early acclaim through this event.

Applications are available on AAAA’s website,
www.armenianalliedarts.org, with the deadline for submission March 31, 2008.  Late entries may be accepted by the individual departments at the chairperson’s discretion.
