NY ASA Continues Artist Search for its 2008 Artists’ Ball
NEW YORK, NY – The New York Armenian Students’ Association continues to call out to all artists wishing to submit artwork for the 59th Annual Artists’ Ball. This year’s exhibit will take place on the weekend of Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th. The deadline for all art submissions has been set as a postmark date of no later than Friday, May 30, 2008.
The famed exhibit, which will be held at Gallerie Icosahedron in Manhattan’s TriBeca district, traditionally showcases artworks of all varieties by Armenian artists. In addition, a portion of all artwork sales is donated to the ASA Scholarship Fund, which grants educational assistance to undergraduate students of Armenian descent.
Applications for this year’s Artists’ Ball can be downloaded from the ASA Web site – www.asainc.org/newyork/artistsball/. For more information, please send an email to ArtistsBall@gmail.com.
