The Board of Trustees acts in an advisory capacity to all other bodies of the Association and has jurisdiction in the administration of any funds established by the Association. It also has the authority to submit reports or opinions to the Central Executive Committee or to the Annual Convention for the purpose of furthering any of the objectives of the Association as stated in the Constitution. The Board of Trustees consists of nine members, each of whom is elected for a three-year term. The election of three members takes place at each Convention.
