Applications for outright grants may be submitted by full-time students of Armenian descent if they have completed at least one year at an accredited college or university and if they will be enrolled as full-time students for the entire 2004-2005 academic year at a four year accredited college or university in the United States. The criteria for being eligible for these grants are: financial need, academic achievement, self-assistance and extracurricular activities.
